Frequently Asked Questions / Useful Information

1. Is there a minimum order value? No, you can order as much or as little as you like. There is a standard £3.50 postage and shipping charge on all orders up to the value of £35.00. All orders above this amount, will be shipped FREE OF CHARGE.
2. Can I collect my order? Yes you can. You just need to call or email me to arrange a convenient time.
3. When will I receive my order? Once the order has been received, we will endeavour to get it shipped ASAP – we can guarantee that your products will certainly be on their way to you within 4 days of receiving your order.
4. If I live locally, can I pop in to browse the stock? Yes you can – or, I can drop a basket of cards off for you to peruse at your leisure.
5. Please note – Whilst I will always try to represent all of my products as accurately as possibly, occasionally, I will make errors! Please get in touch and let me know if you see any! The measurements and wording are input manually and the colours and detail in the photographs may look slightly different on different screens.
